Negrese gourmet cu ganja (Brownies)
Negresele (brownies) sunt probabil felul de mâncare cel mai asociat cu bucătăria bazată pe canabis, încă de când a fost inclusă “născocirea cu haşiş” în The Alice B. Toklas Cookbook, spirituala carte de memorii.
Ingrediente
250 grame de ciocolată neîndulcită (nici dulce-amară, nici semidulce).
300 grame de unt “îmbogăţit” (unt de canabis)
9 ouă mari
900 grame zahăr alb
1 lingură extract de vanilie
1 lingură de sare
2 căni de făină
230 grame de nuci tăiate
Preparare
- Ciocolata şi untul de canabis sunt topite uşor împreună la foc mic sau la baine-marie. Combinaţia este amestecată până se omogenizează complet şi apoi este lăsată să se răcească la temperatura camerei.
- Ouăle se bat pe rând folosind un mixer electric pe viteză mare. După ce au fost adăugate toate ouăle, compoziţia ar trebui să aibă o consistenţă ca de budincă.
- Este adăugat şi bătut şi zahărul pe rând, câte o jumătate de ceaşcă, până când se amestecă. Apoi se adaugă extractul de vanilie şi sarea.
- Acum trebuie să amestecaţi şi făina, câte o jumătate de ceaşca folosind o spatulă. Nu trebuie amestecat excesiv. Se adaugă şi nucile şi se amestecă până când se distribuie uniform în compoziţie.
- În final, amestecul se pune într-o tavă unsă şi se întinde uniform.
- Negresele se coc într-un cuptor preîncalzit la 150°C, timp de 25 de minute. Apoi tava se întoarce la 380 de grade şi se mai coace încă 25 de minute, ajungând la un total de 50 de minute de gătire.
- Aceste prăjituri pot fi păstrate în frigider timp de câteva săptămâni dacă sunt înfaşurate în folie de aluminiu. De asemenea pot sta în afara frigiderului până la cinci zile dacă sunt bine împachetate și dacă nu este prea cald.
